Hey Mrs. Clem, how are you?
My name is
Antony Kalleeny (Tony), I attended St. Elizabeth's for 4th and
5th grade and would have been part of 1997 graduating class. I
was searching the internet and stumbled on St. Elizabeth's website,
and I can not tell you how much me and my parents appreciate the
education that me and my sister received if even for a short amount
of time. Till this day my parents talk about how St. Elizabeth
changed the way me and my sister studied and view our education.
I'm now 24, and will be graduating pharmacy school from Florida
A & M University this April 27th, 2008. My sister is also
in pharmacy school but is a year behind me and she will be graduating
in 2009 God willing.Its
been a while but I think I remember you being the one who led
the hymns in mass with the guitar (I could be wrong its been a
long time!). My dad actually use to own that Mobil gas station
on the corner Ledbetter and Hampton. In any case, I just wanted
to let you and the school know where I am today and how greatly
appreciated the education at St. Elizabeth's was.
Thank you
Mrs. Clem and the rest of St. Elizabeth's

p.s. Mr. Cooper
was the principle when I was there for 4th and 5th and I remember
having an Irish teacher for 4th grade but I can't remember her
name, if you could shed some light that would be great, she was
the one that really helped make me the student I can say I am
today!
Dear
Ms. Clem,
I was up late tonight and was surfing the web. I came across my
old elementary school website - St. Elizabeth in Dallas, Texas.
I have so many great memories from the school. You probably don't
remember me but I graduated in May of 1997 along with my husband,
Marty Velasquez. As a young girl, I did not value the school or
the wonderful teachers. Today I know how important a part it played
in my life.
Today my husband
and I live outside Denver, Colorado. We have a wonderful life
together.
I want to
thank you, our 8th grade reading teacher, along with all the other
teachers we had for being such a big part of who I am now. I may
not have said it then but I hope it is not too late to express
it now - Thank you!
Sincerly,
Erica Velasco Velasquez |
